They need to stop using Fed Ex as a carrier. First they delivered a completely unpackaged, damaged (bent, scratched) barbell. Titan was great regarding sending out a new one but it was supposed to arrive today and instead the barbell was delivered by FedEx obviously to the wrong address since I was home all day long. They sent an email saying it was delivered late afternoon but it was not. I was able to reach Titan by phone - the first time I was not, had to email them and then they replied - and the person was very nice, called Fed-Ex and opened up a case. However, it has taken so much effort to try to get a barbell delivered and it still is not resolved. I would rate them one star for terrible delivery practices but I rated them two stars to give them credit for responsive customer service. I will write another review if I ever get the barbell!
