I’m leaving a 3 because the seat cushion arrived with a big rip in it, however, customer service got back to me very quickly and said they would send out a replacement, but have not received any shipping info for it yet. Also, the manual that you have to download can be a little misleading as it tells you to use bolt numbers that aren’t included so it’s a bit of a guess as to what bolt best fits or looks similar in size but all in all very quick to put together. Just hoping replacement seat cushion arrives soon.
