Some of the product was damaged. I had one bar that never arrived at all. I was told multiple different stories between FedEx and Titan. Nobody had an answer they were just reading the same tracking info that I could read myself which was completely wrong. Still waiting for the bar to come in the mail…. They did give me a $30 credit for the damaged product but didn’t offer to do anything about the missing bar other than to cancel the order.
