*This review is strictly based on Customer Service* I ordered an item less than 48 hours before I received an email with a sale price. I thought "no big deal, I'll call them and cancel the order or they will honor the sale price and refund the difference". Nope, I have to return the item, with a restocking fee, then reorder the same product at the sale price. First time doing business with Titan Fitness, quite possibly the first and last unfortunately. It's not much money, like 30 bucks (original price $300, sales price $270), it's more about poor customer service and leaving a salty taste in my mouth.
