I purchased an item from Titan Fitness. They sent me put two of the same item even after they sent an email asking me if I wanted just one or both.
After I reached back out they rerouted the item back to there warehouse, but they are still charging me for the item THEY HAVE IN BACK IN THEIR WAREHOUSE.
DAY FIVE BACK ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS THE SAME EXCUSE, "WE ARE MONITORING THE SITUATION"
Honestly how hard is it to put in a refund request and give me my money back???
Horrible don't order from Titan fitness!
