It is amazing, fed ex delivered the Box with only minor damage. And instead of 6 days it was here in 2 days. I open the carton and all the Hardware was there, not left behind in the fed ex truck or on the dock. After assembled there are no scuffs or scratches. The Titan Fan bike is incredible. I even got a great price on it. I figured that made up for how Titan screwed me on my last purchase of a bench rack. And folks this fan bike even had a instruction manual. Overall the shipment was a success. I expected Problems, but not this time. Titan and fed ex did a good job. I am happy with my purchase.
