Product is great, customer service lacking. Sent email to cancel within 5 hours of order due to double order, was told it already shipped, it did not ship for two more days. Asked for order to be cancelled again day after order, was told again it had shipped, which it had not. Now we have two of the same unit. I understand it was our mistake ordering two, however being lied to regarding why we couldn’t cancel one of the orders is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. Unfortunate because we are very happy with your products and had planned on making multiple additional purchases for our gym.
