It would be a decent product, BUT… I ordered the instock item and it took a while to ship. Then the tracking quit updating, so I contacted customer support. They told me to wait a few days and if the tracking didn’t update, they would send another. The tracking never changed and they send a second one out. Then I got a delay notification. Then another then another. Apparently the label was damaged or unreadable at every scan location. I didn’t understand how that could happen, until it arrived on my porch. It was wrapped only in PLASTIC WRAP with no protective packing materials. The wrap was mangled , and upon unpacking, the metal was bent at the lip and the connector piece doesn’t fit because it is banged up. The rubber mat is mangled, and there is NO hardware. I contacted customer support again, and hope they can at least sent out replacement hardware & mat. I recommend they take more care in packaging orders, I’m sure it’s frustrating all around.
