Faithful Titan customer here but my products were delayed and delayed and delayed and ended up at my location damaged and will be returned. Not happy.
I know that Titan is a "value" based fitness equipment company but they need to take enough care to properly pack their orders so that they can survive shipping to the customers. Shipping and packaging are not where you cut corners. What good is a product to me that arrives weeks late and is damaged?
