Ordered the leg extension machine but was missing parts to complete the installation when I called to get this resolved they told me that the missing pieces are on backorder my frustration is that they did not send me a courtesy note letting me know that I wouldn’t be able to complete the install since they did not send a complete package and now they expect me to go out and look for the piece myself it was either that or return it. I’ve ordered the leg press from here but this experience with the leg extension machine will probably be my last with the poor service
