Overall the product are great. Shipping speeds for in stock items were also excellent. My main issue is that the packaging on multiple items were subpar and caused cosmetic damage. The barbell was shipped in a tube with tape at each end expected to keep it in. The tape broke on each side and the barbell is dented, chipped and scratched on both ends. The same occurred with the large stand up bars for the X-3 power rack causing the bottom feet to be a little warped. I think it’s difficult to blame this on Fed Ex because I’m not sure how the tape they used would ever be expected to hold up through delivery of a large heavy item like this. Especially the barbell. I didn’t complain so I can’t state whether customer service would have done anything or not.
