I've ordered several items from Titan before that were delivered fine, but my last order arrived with the two boxes torn and missing end caps to my weighted bar, so instead of giving them a poor rating, I'm not going to throw them under the bus for the poor packaging in my recent order. Their items are heavy, so I would expect better packaging and taping, unfortunately, that didn't happen. If I could attach pictures, I would.
