I purchased a piece of gym equipment and 2 daus later they send me an email that prices have dropped. I called to see what I needed to do to get the new price, the customer service lady said they can not do that. She said the return policy has a large resockibg fee so that would cost more than the new price. I told her to ask management because the difference of the new price would be woth it to their company rather than losing all the rest of the home gym equipment being purchased from Rep or Rogue.
