The e-z curl bar I ordered was shipped unboxed and unwrapped in any sort of packaging. Only a tag with the address was attached with a plastic tie. It arrived with some light scratches and some unidentified sticky residue which I was able to remove. Luckily there was no serious damage so I decided to keep it rather than sending it back.
Items like this should be shipped in a carton or some type of protective wrapping.
