I am extremely disappointed. After placing the order on Sunday, I received the email about its shipment and coincidentally went to the Titan site to see that this product just went on sale. I then sent a. Email asking to be credited for the amount of the discount which I felt was fair since it was just ordered. Immediately I received an email back from Titan telling me that 24 hours had passed and so I would not get the price adjustment and was sent a copy of that policy. As a matter of principle I think that policy is not fair and does not treat customers properly. Imagine if I had instead played the order on Monday instead of Sunday, then maybe I’d have received the discount. Or maybe it needed to be Tuesday. Most companies will provide an adjustment for an item that goes on sale.
