So I'm giving them 1 star because I had some issues the seat had a small rip and one of the rubber feet was ripped as well.
So the following day I called the 800 number and they told me to email pictures which I did. I have not got a response yet, but I have received two email asking me how Titan Fitness did.
I ignored the first one wanted to give them time to fix it
It's like a waiter asking for a tip before I receive all my food.
So we will see what happens
