The only reason I give a 1 Star is because I cannot give a 0 star. I ordered 4 pieces of equipment on 9/7/22. I received all 4 barbells in 3 different shipment dates. It has been almost 3 weeks now and still have not received my replacement barbell because the 80lb barbell was damaged. This is the most horrendous experience I have ever had while ordering a product. My order was almost $500.00 and said to be delivered within 3-5 days and again, here it is almost 3 weeks later and I still have not received my 80lb replacement after sending photos to Titan of the damaged original 80lb that I received. I was offered 15% discount for my troubles if I wanted to keep the damaged barbell instead of exchange. After looking on the Titan website as of 9/23/22, I see that all 4 barbells are on sale at a 20% discount. I was mot even offered the sale price. What a Joke!
Needless to say, you guys are horrible as a company that the public depends on to bring equipment into their home gym. I don’t know as to why I have received around 50+ emails in regards to this 4 piece order but that tells me this company is more worried about sending out e-mails as oppose to filling orders in a timely manner and making sure they get to heir destination. Also dealing with a customer service who wants to talk over you and say Sorry 100x is a pain in itself. To make a long story short; you did a s**tty job and dropped the ball with this first time customer and there definitely will NOT be a second time!!
