I ordered the X3 J-roller hooks for my X3 rack, first order only one of the hooks from the set lined up correctly.
Next shipment for corrections was the same as the first shipment so I'm stuck with the hooks that don't line up correctly.
But Titan made an effort to get me another shipment after the first order so that's a positive.
