Ordered a T2 on from the scratch and dent. Arrived on time but it was short one Upright with all the holes. Called customer service and they said to "keep" it and they will issue credit to me for the entire amount. Instructed me to order another one. So I ordered another one (different model, more expensive too). As of this writing the have already charged me for the new order but have yet to credit me back for the first one. They say that the credit has been sent to my CC company. But it's already 4 business days since they said they would do this and I have yet to see anything. I also have an "extra" unusable rack that I have to figure out how to dispose of.
