I did not receive my complete order. You failed to send my “4 pack Weight Plate Holders X-3 Series Racks” I just got off the phone with your customer service representative. She was very polite but your process is terrible and I have no idea when I am going to get my equipment. Additionally one of the items sent does not fit properly “X-3 Series Roller J-Hooks”. One fits one does not. Titan Fitness shipped an entire multiply item order under one shipment/order number. I WOULD NEVER ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM AT A TIME FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
