The ordering experience was easy. My order shipped quickly and arrived on time. The item ordered wasn't exactly as described. Hopefully, customer service will correct the issue.
Update, I have not heard back from customer service. I sent a follow up email and didn't receive a response. I called this morning and didn't get a resolution. I am now waiting for a response. I expected better service.
