I am extremely disappointed in your customer service and your quality control! I purchased the Back Hyperextension V2 and still have not been able to use it or put it together due to the lack of quality control. The initial misunderstanding was the locking nuts included and with no instructions of the tools needed to assemble the V2. Once I purchased the proper tools and assembled the V2, my assembly was halted by this quality control issue. The main frame is bent at the entry point preventing me from inserting the pad support rod. I have sent pictures describing the issue. I was sent a plastic insert and when I informed the next customer service agent of my challenge, I was referred to file a warranty claim? I find this very disturbing how I am being handled for this item I paid for but still cannot use because someone is not doing their job or your return policy for defective items is not to the consumer's advantage but yours. I requested to be sent a completely new Main frame or new unit. I do not feel as though I should not have to go through the processes of doing the job of the employees of Titan Fitness Customer service or Quality Control. Please submit a return for this item. I am no longer interested in keeping it. It has been a hassle, that I can no longer put energy into! I am extremely disappointed because this item seems to fit my needs, but I will never know.
