1. Salesperson I spoke to gave good service and was professional.
2. Package was packed so the sheet of bolts and washers got damaged in shipment, so some washers were in the bottom of the box. Two fell thru seams in the box while I was moving it.
3. Step 9 of the manual's assembly instructions are incorrect: The left and right handle frame are not fixed to the upright frame with hex bolts.
