It’s disappointing one of your products starts to come unstitched in a year and a half with mild use and you don’t stand behind the product to repair or replace it. Your response was, “Thank you for reaching out to us. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will review your claim and update you accordingly.”
