I would leave a zero if I could. I have read other reviews about the same issues. Crappy shipping results. My boxes came damaged, not even in original boxes Titan used. They were repacked inFed Ex boxes. Well lucky me, I didn’t get my hardware. Can’t just run down to Lowe’s and get them either, as they are specialty size I am told. Contact Titan, and they can care less. “We will see what the share house can do, but we don’t know when it will be shipped”. I can’t believe the lack of caring this Company has for its customers. I ask for a Manager, and when they finally get back to me, they say “they will check with the shipping department, but the only other option past that, is returning it for a full refund”. Are you kidding me? You want me to waste more of my time to box it back up, wait on FedEx, and ship it back. I am buying the pieces to expand my current T3 rack. If I could use Rogue, and get the same results, I would now. But they won’t work together. Proprietary parts. I guarantee that, even though I asked for someone above the management team that I am currently dealing with, NOBODY at Titan cares enough to get in contact with me. It will be weeks before I potentially get my replacement parts. HORRIBLE!!! Go with a different Company if you can. So disappointed.
