I ordered two specialty bars from Titan, the multi grip camber bar and the safety squat bar. Both arrived relatively quickly; the multi grip bar was fine, but the safety bar had a defective handle that would not screw into the grip. I contacted Titan and they stated they would send a replacement but that it would take 2-3 weeks; it has been almost 2 months and have not gotten so much as a shipping confirmation. The safety squat bar continues to be in stock on their website but for some reason they can't take a handle out of existing inventory to send to me; the bar has gone on sale multiple times for less than I paid but I have been offered zero compensation for being completely unable to use the product I paid for 2 months ago. I reached out to customer service again regarding it and received no response. At this point I can't say I would order from them again.
