1. I called Titan customer service to confirm X3 height before order 2. Titan confirmed height vs my ceiling height and pointed me to to the below graphic indicating the height to confirm 3. They gave me the ok to order 4. The height measures too heigh vs what is advertised so therefore does not fix in my house 5. I called Titan and they confirmed it’s an error on their side and said they need to update the website (this is on a recorded line) This is a fault of Titan and is due to false/erroneous advertising. Again, I’m open to a reasonable partial refund (so I can try to put it outdoors with cover). I have emailed and called several times and a Manager has not reached back out to resolve this. My next step is to report to BBB if not resolved.
