I ordered an adjustable bench, and when delivered, the box was beat up. There were two holes in the bench itself. I submitted the claim a few days ago, and I called today to follow up. The customer service agent stated they are still working on it. What is there to work on? It was clearly damaged upon delivery, and beat up. I emailed pictures, and still waiting. I know it could be a shipping issue, but I should have a new bench sent already.
