The good news is that it works well. It was extremely difficult to assemble this machine. There are no assembly instructions and the parts diagram is not clear. To fit, the rod that swivels had to be filed down along the front outer edge. Moreover, the holes in the frame and bearing were almost impossible to line up. If it wasn't for the assistance of my neighbor, who is a mechanical engineer, I would have returned the neck machine. Additionally, I had to wipe it down with rust remover to light rust all over the frame.
