I placed an online order for a 70 lb. EZ curl bar with Titan on 11/12/22 for $114.97. SIX DAYS LATER they dropped the price to $79.97 for Black Friday. I asked if they would please refund me the difference as most retailers would considering the close time proximity.
THEY REFUSED and said I could return the item and re-order it, but I'd be responsible for $23 in shipping charges...what kind of customer service is that?
Their product quality is great but their customer service stinks!
