Parts missing and no instructions. Had to download them myself and print them. Spent over $1,000 on three pieces of equipment. Called customer service and all the guy talked about was getting pictures of the package. After the 8th of him asking and me telling him eight times that I didn’t have the package.
Very frustrating. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for my missing parts to arrive at my house. I’m done with buying equipment from Titan fitness. I’ve spent a lot of money with them to get mistreated is unacceptable.
