I ordered a pair of the economy 25 lb plates from the scratch and dent. They shipped quickly arriving within 3 business days. When I opened the package which seemed light I realized I had received the wrong item. Instead I received one 25 lb urethane plate. I immediately called customer service and was instructed they would be sending me an email. I should reply with a picture of the package including any labels and the item inside the package. I immediately responded to the email but being that it was late on Wednesday before Thanksgiving I was not expecting a response. I waited a full week with no response from my reply of the pictures. I responded to the email again asking for an update and now 2 days later I have nothing. I received this email asking for my review of the item so I decided to reply in hopes maybe my concern will be looked into.
I understand that with scratch and dents there are no warranties or returns but I did not even receive the item that I originally ordered and the lack of concern or care from Titan's customer service for something that their warehouse messed up is concerning. I am just starting to build my home gym and planned to order about 80% of the items including more plates and a power rack from Titan due to the free shipping, cost and the quality of the products but this experience has me second guessing my future purchases.
