My order took longer than expected. When it arrived the box was very damaged and much of the hardware was missing. When I emailed customer service for a replacement it took 3 days for a response (even though the messaging stated I’d hear back on 24-48 hours). Calling in was a nightmare of transfers and disconnections. Finally got a hold of customer service and they said they processed the replacement but couldn’t expedite shipping. I called back after no email confirmation and discovered the replacement was never processed. New customer service associate said they processed the order. Still no communication in the last 4 days after I’ve emailed for tracking number and shipment details. It’s been over three weeks since I purchased my rack and I still don’t have the parts to put it together
