Hello. This is a specific response to Request #1578065. Firstly, Stephanie De Guzman did a great job in her responses and answering my questions throughout our interactions. This rating isn't about her or her customer service. This rating is related to the "management" response for a "10% partial refund" for a damaged-in-shipping piece of hardware I ordered with the complete expectation that what I ordered is what I would receive. NOT a 'scratch-and-dent' item. I understand shipping heavy steel can result in damage although better packaging on corners would alleviate this. My expectations were not managed correctly in that the 10% refund should have been an OVERALL 10% of the purchase price and not a 10% of the actual piece of hardware. I purchased the "Core Unit" as a WHOLE so, the idea of making it right with the discount for that is what I would have agreed to had I assumed the offer was inclusive of that. It wasn't until Stephanie told me it was for the individual piece that I asked her to check once again with the Management and she, unfortunately, came back with the same decision and I'm very disappointed in that. I'm still open to this being made right and am easily found for a discussion if any of the "Management" are interested in having that brief discussion with me.
