The item was received like it was dropped off by a helicopter. Box was in very poor condition upon arrival. The item itself sustained some damage. As a result, the foot plate had a deep gash, and an exposed burr, that I had to shave down to avoid cutting myself. The included card referred to a code that did not have installation instructions, I had to reach out to customer service to get the correct installation instructions sent to me via email. even though I described the damage to the item, no offer was made to remedy that issue. I did notice on the website that they offered the same item for a $50 discount for damaged/blemished version of the product. It would’ve been nice to been offered a $50 refund as a result of the poor delivery.
