The equipment arrived, I had to wait a couple days to put together because of time. When I did open the package to put it together, there were no screws. I called to speak with someone about getting screws sent and the gentleman who i spoke with stated that he needed a picture of the box and that he would have to get the order for screws approved. I understand the timeline and having to get approval, but with the screws missing from the package I don’t understand why this couldn’t be approved right away
