Pretty much one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. Started with my e chart getting messed up and having the wrong items ordered. Then finding out that cancelling them would cost ME to pay the shipping. Finally me agreeing to cancel the items I didn't want only to have them ship them to me anyway.
I'm not left with a bunch of plates I didn't orginally order or want.
Also, I've been waiting over 10 days for a call be from customer support.
I guess my only option now is to sell of the plates I don't want.
Utterly horrible experience on every level.
