I was excited that I got a great deal on my wall mounted bumper plate rack on Black Friday. I was less excited about the condition I received it in. Not that I’m saying Titan is totally responsible, but it showed up damaged. The base ripped through the box which chipped the paint and one of the pegs was scratched up and dented. I think Titan could have protected to contents better, but the delivery service could have also been more careful.
