Arrived scratched, dented, rusted and with several broken pieces. I have tried to work with Titan to get a replacement but that have yet to response in over a week. I was so excited about getting this tower but this has been a giant hassle.
Update: Customer support is horrible. After long periods of silence, they seem to had decided to have me return it and not issue a refund.
