Item was delivered a week late, the box was heavily damaged, there were no instructions in the box, and the item was scratched and dented in several place. Very disappointed. I own a calf raise machine, cable crossover machine, safety squat bar and several other items from Titan fitness. However, it is very unlikely that I will ever purchase any other equipment after this experience.
