For the sake of the order quality of your services, please find a different delivery service than FedEx. They are absolutely awful for delivery. The delivery was delayed repeatedly and came at different days. Then upon receiving the delivery, the boxes were beaten to hell and torn apart. As a result, one of the packs of bolts/washers had been torn open and was missing washers from it. Fortunately, I had extra's in my garage that were the right size and I could put together the rack with no issues. As for the rack itself, it's great. Very sturdy and super easy to put together, even by myself. Slight alignment issues once constructed though, but nothing detrimental. 1/5 for Delivery 4.5/5 for Actual Product
