I paid for a safety squat bar on Nov. 28, today is Dec 9, and it still has NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE!
Titan Fitness tells me they shipped the safety squat bar with FEDEX but the package never arrived.
I contacted Titan Fitness on Wed Nov 30 after I received an alert saying the safety squat bar had been delivered. I told customer service rep Rica at Titan Fitness that the FedEx report of delivery is not true and the package never arrived. Rica did not believe me and wrote back that Titan Fitness received the delivery confirmation from FedEx. I was also told that I'm responsible for contacting FedEx, trying to locate what FedEx did with my shipment, and finally if it can't be located I'm responsible for filing a claim.
Titan Fitness order fulfillment and customer service is useless and they have not assisted me in any way regarding the safety squat bar that I paid for and have not received.
Do not order any products from Titan Fitness because they will take your money and then say the buyer is responsible for their freight carrier's activity.
Titan Fitness has failed to fulfill my purchase and stolen my money.
As soon as the 15-days-after-purchase time line passes I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge - payment I made to Titan Fitness and have the $339.14 credited back to my account.
