I received my leverage squat machine without a major part a week ago. I contacted Titan and they said they would send me the part but I have yet to see it or it. I now have a very large piece of hardware sitting in my garage half built taking up space with no utility. Titan is usually pretty good with this sort of thing, I hope they come through soon. Not something that gives customers a positive feeling about purchasing more equipment.
