After a few weeks of awaiting my boxing stand, it finally arrived. However, the box was totally damaged. Packaging tape totally wrapped around the box which also had holes in it. (tape was around holes). The entire parts kit was missing along with 2 parts from inside. One being the hook the punching bag hangs from. Once I called about the missing parts, support team requested pictures of the box before continuing to help me and also said the hanging hook was out of stock? How is it out of stock. Ultimately, support suggested that I end up buying my own parts and send them the receipt for a refund.
