Ordered the X-3 J Roller J-cups. On one bolt holding the roller was not flush. Contacted titan fitness AND sent pics. Titan's solution was to buy it at home depot for $3. I told them it was not a standard bolt that I couldn't find in store or on-line (anywhere). Titan agreed to send me a bolt using the slowing possible shipping method. The bolt I got isn't even one that is used on the roller j-cup. So my issue is still not resolved.
