I had no issue with the speed of delivery with the exception as the package was delayed twice for being delivered by FedEx without any details. When the box did arrive it was in poor shape and had parts sticking out of the box. I contacted Titan Fitness and the response was less than stellar. Mainly indifferent to the issues I raised. I was out of town before I could verify if the contents were missing or damaged. Upon inspection, it was obvious the packing for heavy-grade parts was insufficient and allowed parts to move freely in the box causing the holes to be blown through the box. No items were missing and only minor scuffs and bends occurred. Overal happy with the rack, installation was simple. Expect it will last me for some time.
