Not great, I’ve had to work with the customer service team more times than I would have wished for. I still have not received my credit for items cancelled on 11.29 and can’t use one of the pulley systems because it’s missing a part. Every time I speak or email someone they are pleasant and work with me but unfortunately no results to this point. Just talk and I’m missing $644 from my account and can’t use part of my total purchase.
