Address on my order was wrong. Tried to call and have it fixed and was told this wasn’t possible. So wanted to just cancel the order then. Was told this wasn’t possible either. Called within 30 minutes of placing my order. Had to wait to talk to someone for 30 minutes. So instead of fixing my order titan shipped it to someone else and still is trying to charge me for something I didn’t get. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Not sure what system you guys use but it should be fairly easy to go in and fix an address. And if it is that hard get a new operating system. From now on I’ll gladly pay extra for Rogue. You’ve lost a long time customer with this last transaction I’ve had with your company.
