My item arrives damaged - like dropped down a flight stairs, I contact the company via telephone - they ask for me to send in photos. I do. The new one is sent out to me. I am asked to send the old one back. In which fed ex refused to take. The Titan employee told me fed ex would take it. They would no without a scheduled delivery and the schedule is very full in the Phoenix area and I had schedule this multiple times only to not have taken because of the weight. I spent over 5 hours setting up a fed ex account which is required for pickups, scheduling, reschedules upon rescheduling, contacting Titan, photographing, and having to repackage the item with the small pieces of cardboard and tape, and dealing with the whole process on a item that the company still charged me full price on. The second one arrived with minimal damage but I’m not even reporting it cause this process is unacceptable. I don’t have another 5 hours to waste when they didn’t even offer anything other than oops.
