It took me a month to get my order, only after I had to call Titan to see where it was. They canceled my original order and reprocessed it, very frustrating. When the box came it had a one foot hole in the side. Luckily the parts were inside. After assembly, the machine is not straight due to the positioning of the foot plate and the attach plates on the ends. Overall a bad experience.
